Archipelago shipping cost: €12.99 - FREE for orders over €90
International shipping cost: €15 - FREE orders over €150
Prices valid up to 2.00 Kg.
Our shipping conditions are as follows. If your order does not meet any of the conditions, we will contact you to inform you of the real price of the transport, so that you can enter the difference, or to make the payment of the order due to its cancellation.
a) Rates valid for a total weight of the order not exceeding 2kg. The total weight is considered to be the weight of the order prepared for shipment, not just the sum of the weights of the products purchased.
b) Rates valid as long as the total order does not exceed 150cm adding the width length height of the box containing the products of the order.(*)
c) These prices may be affected by the increase in the price of fuel. The price of fuel is set by the transport companies, so it is possible that when trying to send the order the price has changed, so we will inform you of the new price.
d) Expeditions may contain up to a maximum of 4 packages. If your order exceeds the number of packages, even if it does not exceed the weight, we will inform you of the total transport price.
e) Shipments may experience delays beyond Burning Green's control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
f) These prices include insurance and VAT, and are valid from 01/01/2023.
* Balearic Islands: prices valid for a package with a maximum weight of 2Kgr and maximum dimensions of 20cmx20cmx25cm.
10. Placing the order.

The prices and offers presented on the website are valid solely and exclusively for online orders made at burninggreen.es, and may not coincide with current prices and offers. All prices published on our website are VAT included. You will find the VAT breakdown in the detail of each order before making the payment.
The validation of the order by the client expressly supposes the knowledge and acceptance of these general contracting conditions as part of the conclusion of the contract. 11. Shipping methods and terms, returns.
The products are sent to the shipping address that you have indicated in the order. In the case of placing an order for several items with different availability, the delivery time will take into account the longest expected delivery. In some cases, Burning Green will reserve the right to break down the order, sending the available items and leaving pending a second shipment, the unavailable items or from different shipping points. In this case, the second shipment is made without any additional cost.

Delivery times:
Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be computed and packaged on the first business day following the holiday.
Order processing hours from 09:00 to 17:00. Orders placed outside of that time slot will be processed on the next business day.
Cancellation and modification:

Lack of product in stock:

They can be altered by extraordinary incidents such as: Customs Inspection, strikes, extreme weather phenomena, even resolutions and security measures applied by some countries at specific times.
The delivery date at the customer's address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area.
Burning Green reserves the right to cancel the shipment of any order when:
- The destination of the shipment is for an area outside our coverage. When the shipping address has been altered or is untraceable for reasons of natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, etc. or for cadastral reasons. The procedure for this case is to contact us to provide a provisional shipping address. The products ordered are extremely fragile to withstand the means of transport used. When there was a first attempt and the products shipped have not withstood the conditions of the journey, such as turbulence, atmospheric pressure, etc. In this case, the amount of the paid products requested in the order will be refunded without resending the order. When part of the content of the order is damaged during the journey in a shipment, Burning Green reserves the right not to resend the Damaged products paying the customer the amount of these products, particularly when they are shipments to international destinations in which we cannot ensure the care of the shipment by our private transport agency. The transport price includes two delivery attempts. After these attempts, the order will be returned to our store and you will have to pay the transport costs again to send it to you again. In case of cancellation of the order, the total amount will be paid except for the transportation costs and the POS or Paypal commission, depending on the mechanism used for payment. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Failed Deliveries:
If you are not at home at the address indicated in the shipment of the package, the courier service will leave you a notice. So you can contact them to arrange a new date / time for the new delivery.
In the event that the package is returned to our store, we can send it again, in this case the costs of the second shipment will be borne by the customer.
Only returns caused by breakage, defective merchandise or when there is any deficiency or error in the order served on behalf of Burning Green will be accepted. Contact us via email info@burninggreen.es to tell you how to return it, in this case the shipping costs will be borne by Burning Green.
When for any reason beyond Burning Green's control (withdrawal, incidents, address not found, incomplete, customers not located), we have to refund amounts paid, only the amounts of the products requested in the order will be refunded, when the package is Returned to our store, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
In orders in which no shipping costs have been charged due to promotion or amount, the actual amount charged by the courier service will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If Burning Green must return the products of an order that was paid by credit card and more than 30 days have passed since the card was charged (case of returns of packages to distant countries that take time to arrive returned ), the refund of this amount cannot be made on the same card, the client must provide us with a Paypal account or other means in which we can make the transfer of the amount.
Shipping costs will only be refundable in the case of wrong delivery or defective product.

13. Right of withdrawal.
If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchases made at burninggreen.es in our own online or physical store. The maximum period to request a return is stipulated in 14 business days from the receipt of the order.
The circumstances that can cause a return are the following:
a) If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered: You can return it via courier to Burning Green. We will refund the amount of the product but not the cost of returning the product paid in the order.
b) Original defective product: Once Burning Green receives the defective product, it will send you another one. In this case, the change will always be made for the same article or reference. You will only be billed for the first shipment, with Burning Green taking charge of the postage corresponding to the return and new shipment. If you wish to make an exchange for another item, the costs of return and new shipment will not be assumed by Burning Green
c) Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the one ordered: Burning Green will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the product corresponding to the order placed.
14. Warranty of products
